Acceptable methods of payment include major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as personal checks and money orders. Check or money order payments must be received within 10 days of order, and order will not be shipped until payment is received and processed and payment clears.

We offer our customers a fully secure website with secure payment processing. However, if you do not wish to order online, you can fax, mail, or even phone in your order by calling us toll free at (888) 429-8847.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (usually arrives within 2-3 business days).

Returns, Cancellations, and Changes

Changes or cancellations to an order are accepted if the request is received prior to order processing and/or shipment. To change or cancel your order, we recommend that you call us at (888) 429-8847 to ensure that we update your information in time. You can also send us an email at info@sunflowerbee.com. We cannot guarantee that e-mails will be processed as quickly as phone changes/cancellations, and therefore encourage customers to contact us via phone. 

30 Day Guarantee

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with our product, we would be happy to fully reimburse your payment. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. Also, please note that imprinted items and/or journals with missing pages are non-returnable. Please contact us before taking any action so that we may give you further instructions on how to return the product. Return postage and freight is the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-orders and Backordered Items

Items available for pre-order will be billed at time of transaction. Upon release date, the item(s) will be subject to 3-5 business day order processing time, however, we will make every effort to ship item(s) in a timely manner. In the event of any unforeseen delays in book release date, including early or late arrival, we will notify customers immediately.

Backordered items may be ordered at any time and will be billed at time of transaction. Estimated shipping date will be available on our website but may be subject to change.
